Isabel Cañete-Medina, AICP
Isabel Cañete-Medina has over 30 years of experience in urban and transportation planning and has been involved in the preparation of rail and transit studies, station planning, pedestrian studies, travel market analysis, corridor studies, feasibility studies, alternatives analyses, environmental impact statements, and comprehensive plans. She heads the public sector practice group and manages Constant Motion Studio, a division of Canete Medina Consulting Group.

Benjamin Medina spearheads private-sector consulting projects at Canete Medina. He is known for his acumen in assessing client business needs and analyzing supply chain operations across multiple industries. Elizabeth “Libby” Tyler, PhD, FAICP
Libby Tyler is a consulting planner with over 40 years of experience in land use planning, community development, economic development, transportation planning, and environmental assessment. Libby’s experience includes professional planning work at the municipal, state, and federal levels, as well as extensive private consulting in both Illinois and California. For many years, she was an Adjunct Lecturer for the University of Illinois’ Department of Urban and Regional Planning.
